Buku Music & Art Project 2014
The anticipated music and art festival featuring some of most talented artistes like Nas, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Schoolboy Q, will finally take place this Friday and Saturday at Mardi Gras World. There will be 71 acts total on indoor and outdoor stages, local food vendors and custom-made art installations.

Louisiana Crawfish Festival
Make it a date this weekend for some crawfish and live music in St Bernard Parish at the Louisiana Crawfish festival. The festival which kicked off on Thursday feature artistes like Groovy 7, Chee Weez, 90 Degrees West and Skrap Metal. Admission is $5.00. Active duty, retired, reserve military and veterans get in free with proof of I.D.
